A collection of graphite, charcoal and pencil sketches, some with conte' crayon underlay; I enjoy the opportunity for subtlety  and detail afforded by a limited palette.

Employing a technique that adds the depth of color while still preserving the grace and precision of linework: hand etched paper.

 Evanzart Studios  accepts private commissions for animal portraiture  using various techniques; included are examples from my personal collection.

Every student of drafting spends hours immersed in the correct study of human and animal anatomy so as to be able to render an accurate image. These studies are precursors to larger, more finished works of art.
